As Lead Building Instruction DeveloperTasks: Besides creating amazing Building Instructions for LEGO CITY, and LEGO Architecture. I'm also keeping track of production schedule, making sure that the BID team in CITY and Architecture are delivering Building Instructions in the project, at agreed time and quality.Maintaining a tight collaboration with designers, graphic designers, and project managers.Also I am a part of the BI Guidelines group, where we are working on constantly improving our Building Instructions.

Draw and assemble building steps in 3D and 2D. Ensure that the challenges in the models matches the right age-group of the intended builder, and that the total work is consistent with the project framework for quality, economy and timeframe.Serve as building instructions coach in collaboration with the model and component designers. Coach teams act as sparring partners throughout the design process and BID's have a say in both model complexity and construction experience. All to ensure that LEGO models continuosly live up to LEGO's high quality.
