Automation Engineer with experience in development and commissioning of PLC and HMI software for special machines and Industry 4.0, mainly in IEC61131-3 standard (Codesys/TwinCAT). Over the course of the career, gained expertise in production lines optimization, analysis and problem-solving of complex engineering challenges, often delivering measurable improvements in efficiency and quality. Currently, I am working on projects for Bosch Manufacturing Solutions, including reducing takt time on production lines and comissioning of new systems internationally.As Chief Engineer at Liconic Technology, in the pursuit of sustainability through clean energy systems, I managed the development of a hybrid-ethanol electronic control module for UAVs, integrating both hardware and software innovations. This experience in prototyping electronic and embedded software, as well as validating cutting-edge solutions, strengthened both my project management and technical skills, while also highlighting the importance of teamwork in achieving crucial milestones.The years at Honda Brazil, first as a Quality Engineer and later as a Quality Coordinator, provided a deep understanding of automotive quality standards and supplier management. Leading a team of engineers focused on the quality of electronic components for vehicles, we assessed production failures using 8D and MASP methodologies while also applying the PDCA cycle and KPIs aligned with ISO 9001 to drive continuous improvement with suppliers. Through process audits and leading a 2-year project in collaboration with the supplier, we achieved a 92% reduction in battery failures, which also resulted in the New Honda Circle 2022 award. This phase marked my evolution from technical contributor to team leader, where continuous improvement and process optimization became central themesThis journey reflects a commitment to innovation and a relentless focus on delivering high-quality, impactful solutions.
