Currently manages the U.S., Canadian and Chinese technical sales and marketing operations of Logiverbe Inc's, Multilingual Services Division. Also responsible for the branch offices in South America and Beijing. The company specializes in business consulting and technical services for multilingual corporations, including import/export permits, translation, localization, network design, multilingual MSDS systems and management, Health, Biomedical systems and Food Labeling Permits, web content conversion, print media conversion, sales & product training and multilingual process and cost analysis and audit. Also, as part of the Logiverbe's consulting management operations, Tom personally managed the technical, multilingual, sales and marketing operations for Lodgenet Canada Corp. from its incorporation in 1993 through completion of Logiverbe's management contract in 2008. Under Tom's direction, LodgeNet Canada grew by more than 25% per year for well over 10 years and opened new service offices over 9 cities in Canada.

Set up the original Canadian corporation for LodgeNet to move into Canada on behalf of Logiverbe Inc. and took over all sales and marketing activities including sales, product promotion and staffing for Canada in the area of Hospitality and Communications Systems Solutions. Worked as executive consultant to the President of LodgeNet Corporate in the U.S., with fully authority to grow the company in Canada. Started with zero sales and revenue and grew the LodgeNet Canadian operation to over $20 million in revenue over a 15 year period. As the company grew, focus was transferred to acceleration of sales and acquisitions. Finally, was an instrumental figure in the acquisition of On Command Canada by LodgeNet, at which time my agreement with LodgeNet was fulfilled.

Managed the entire Canadian corporation of over 95 employees including, sales, engineering, accounting, programming, technical support and admin with over 10 field offices. Helped create multilingual systems and network design for the Hotel, Lodging and Travel industry. This included the creation of bilingual documentation and software (French/English) from the original English media sent by the U.S. head office.

Dallas, Texas

Developed high speed optical and magnetic scanning, processing and sorting computer equipment, financial data entry equipment and multilingual currency & mail verification & sorting equipment. In charge of product engineering and marketing efforts from R& D to conception through entire product life cycles. This also included managing the creation of sales and technical training documentation in several languages for multiple countries.

United States And Germany

Managed product sales & training for Nixdorf's Computer's minicomputer, data communications and mainframe data input systems (Entrex) for territories from Chicago east in the US market.Worked with Head Office in Germany to manage the conversion of technical materials from German to English.

Career at Datapoint Corporation began in Engineering, then to Technical Instructor for Client product training and Field Engineering repair (Hardware/Software), then Director of Training (developing training courses & materials in English, French and German for worldwide markets and managed instructors) and finally Regional Sales Manager for Eastern US.
