• Develop L&D strategy, policies and processes and annual training plan in partnering with HRBPs; take lead in implementing the annual training plan and managing training budget
• Co-ordinate with L&D Corporate to run global programs/projects in Vietnam

• Analyze report on Company’s objective setting/Employee’s Talent Profile/Performance Appraisal/Training to lead HRBPs have proper actions

• Be a leader to launch the implementation of privacy code regarding employee data in Vietnam and act as local privacy officer to ensure compliance of the privacy code

• Assist HR Manager Commercial in performance management, talent and management development, organization development and training implementation.
• Act as main contact point with Corporate L&D to develop training programs and run global/projects in Vietnam
• On a daily work basis this job requires close working with department managers of Commercial team: Consumer Marketing, CDSM, Finance, Legal & Corporate Affairs and HR
• Co-ordinate closely with Recruitment Manager on recruitment and development for Management Trainees in Commercial Team

• Do training needs analysis
• Implement and monitor the progress of the aligned annual training plan in line with Company procedures.
• Communicate with other functional groups, and provide proper advice on training activities.
• Establish monthly training report and control training budget.
• Co-ordinate actively with external trainers, institutions and consultants to provide appropriate information and advice on training courses.
• Search new external training sources, and conduct the evaluation of training sources.

Vietnam

• Plan and organize training activities for Self-Learning Center in order to keep Self-Learning Center (SLC) as a critical place to enhance employees’ knowledge and skills.
• Develop action plan for the center to attract participants, e.g contest, quiz, group discussion, English speaking club…
• Outsource and deal with reputed trainers to hold workshops.
• Keep SLC participants updated of new material on general knowledge and specialized lines.

Vietnam

• Handle all kinds of policy change cases requested by clients (involving calculating premium, underwriting zap and non-zap cases, processing change in the system…)
• Handle clients’complaints/urgent requests which are received by Customer Service staff through hotline
• Supervise other team leaders in Policy Change and be responsible for reporting to the Manager of Policy Owner Services
• Train new Policy Change staff
• Prepare material to train insurance agents as well as guidelines for Policy Change staff
• Through working process, find out systematic points that need enhancing to increase effectiveness and productivity; work with IT Department to test on the system issues.
