• Micro and macro editing of Economic Activity Survey and Energy, Water and Environment forms and data.

• Reviewing of employee vendors and employee staff accounts.• Administering the expense reimbursement process.• Accounting for and administration of fleet. • Assisting with collecting, analysing and preparing of FBT return.• Daily Bank Reconciliation.• Assisting with month end procedures:• Assisting with Fixed Assets disposal.• Processing and checking of payroll journals.• Processing FBT journals.• Processing other recurring journals.• Completion and review of balance sheet reconciliations.• Preparation of Monthly Stock Summary and Personal Expenses reports.• Assisting with analysis and reporting of FX balances.• Completion of ABS surveys.

• Updating of renewal reports.• Responsible for distribution of fortnight software renewal reports.• Conducting reconciliations between various reports using a variety of systems.• Participate in building and responsible for monthly amortisation and depreciation reports. This helps support the monthly forecasts.• Managing projects by forwarding ideas, participating in decision making and implementing steps necessary to move them forward. • Process and analyse cost data on a daily basis to support monthly forecasts.
