- Conduct outbound calls constantly to verify POIs attributes from business owners or vendors to ensure POIs listed on Maps are located precisely with accurate details.- Work on multiple short to long-term pilots within online maps space to adapt to new projects, workspaces and technical specifications.- Evaluation and acquisition of different types of geographic data.

- Make decisions for appeal on monetization of channels on Youtube platform in accordance with client's policies under Youtube Partner Program.Subject-Matter Expert.- Provide support to agents by answering complex queries and troubleshoot raised issues.
