Manage overall operation of Sourcing& Procurement function for all goods and services for operation of two companies (Nui Phao Mining Co., Ltd. and Vonfram Masan Co., Ltd) and other departments (Mining & Geology, Processing, QA/QC, R&D, Human Resources, PR/Permits/Compensation), Finance, Legal, Internal audit, Environment, Security, Health& Safety, Sales, SCM of MHT. Being accountable for sourcing all types of goods including direct and indirect materials, MRO, reagents, electrical, mechanical, metallic, pipe, grinding materials, etc; sourcing all type of services as training courses related to EHS, MKT, financial & legal consulting services, mining related services (grade control drilling, blast hole drilling; excavating, loading, haulage and dumpling; various equipment hire, repairment service, licensing & permit, etc. Perform daily supply chain management activities: strategic sourcing, tendering and bid evaluation (technical evaluation and commercial evaluation), contract negotiation, contract preparation with various contract types (single PO, principle contract, FPA contract, service agreement, leasing agreement, consulting service agreement, etc), contract management, supplier relationship management, supplier performance evaluation, new supplier and periodic supplier audit, Import-Export Freight and local transportation, price comparison, maximize equipment usage, purchasing process in SAP: create PO/contract, release PO/contract, PO maintenance, Source List (SL), Purchasing Info Record (PIR), attention to details when solving problem arisen during deliveries; disputes management for vendor and end user departments, Supply Chain Finance: variance analytics, quantitative analytics, etc.

Manage overall activities: selecting premium products, sourcing suppliers, preparing quotations & contracts with customers, working with forwarders, etc.

Manage overall activities and processes of a preschool,including Nurturing, Teaching, Marketing, Event management, Recruitment, Traning, etc.

Manage the Operation department of Healthcare division covering below sections:- Operation management: responsible for operation and B2C KPIs, inventory management, warehouse management, sales opportunities pipeline and programs to boost sales.- Admin: create sales order, prepare sales forecast and sales report, calculate sales bonus - Warehousing: Optimize stock carrying and warehouse capacity. Manage Sales & Marketing tools stock in good status for Trade marketing.- Technical Services: provide quality, fast, highly-satisfied, and cost-efficient services to support sales. Study new and safe materials for water treatment. - Quality Management: monitor defect rate, defect types, report to management and Mitsubishi factory to improve product quality.- Call Center: call customers after they buy company’s products and when cartridge needs to be replaced. Build feedback database on service quality to improve sales.- Customer Service: carry out customer survey to understand customer’s evaluation about company service quality, have solutions to improve service quality and increase customer satisfaction. - Purchasing: source good suppliers for marketing goods and services, negotiate for best price.- Event management: together with MKT team, make plan and execute offline trade marketing event to increase branding awareness and push sales. - Project Management: Lead Pre-filter project: develop new pre-filter and water treatment solutions, work with authority to apply quality certification for company’s pre-filters. Lead Tap water project for Hanoi and Northern provinces to build Tap water quality map to sell proactively. - Sales management: manage B2C team for 1 month. Monitor cartridge sales situation and solve cases in which customers delay cartridge replacement. - Workforce development: together with HR, recruit and build up B2C sales and cartridge sales team.

- Sales and Marketing: analyze sales reports, P&L by division and sub-division, prepare Sales & Marketing budgeting, and monitor budget spending, incentive calculation & revision. Take part in implementation of DMS and CRM system. - Supply Chain Controlling: Analyze and forecast total Logistic cost, business model and propose new Logistic strategy to minimize logistic costs. Purchasing & Strategic Sourcing: find new supplier, forecast material price, solve disputes. Manage all freight cost. Run 4PL Tender to select best Distributor. Inventory Management. Review all Standards Operating Procedure (SOP) for Supply Chain. Annual budgeting for total Supply Chain cost. - Production Controlling: Analyze production performance,, Product costing, Cost savings (VND 8 bil in 2018), calculate production cost, Material Planning, Master Production Scheduling. Three times annual budgeting. Support implementation of Plant Maintenance (PM) module in SAP ERP system. Monitor and forecast material price trend, run Product costing three times per year. Estimate future prices for high-runner items for Sales to use as basis for tendering to hospitals.- Central functions: Reportings & analysis, budgeting & planning, expense revision, cost allocation. Ensure the global Controlling systems and methods are applied correctly, follow new requirement from group and from tax authority. Liase with tax authority, external auditor to fulfill all requirements. - Ad-hoc analysis: Conduct studies and analysis for management decision making- Internal advisor to all department sin cost/ investment related matters.- Data & systems: Ensure data accuracy and integrity of the recorded systems.- Training: trainer to other internal parties.- People management: recruitment, training, performance management.- SAP experience 13 years: FI-CO, MM, SD, PP, partly PS, PM.
