I joined this internship program during my thesis period, where I have been managing the company's customer journey up to this point, with a specific focus on Talkbot as the company’s official product. - Took part in weekly crowdsourcing for all the company’s projects by making test calls and providing remarks on areas to improve, mostly in terms of flow and audio quality.- In charge of daily call monitoring and logging for Kredivo’s Talkbot project, ensuring that it runs smoothly during every round and that there are no late contact uploads, false bot answers, line issues, and incorrect call formats.- Annotated calls from the Talkbot in the company’s CRM for multiple projects, keeping an eye out for potential ASR issues, and providing important notes on the call results.- Edited call audios, ensuring their smoothness using Adobe Audition.- Developed flowcharts outlining the call flow from start to finish.- Evaluated TTS checks in terms of intonation, pronunciation, tone naturalness, and overall quality.- Made calls to leads that registered themselves in WIZ’s website in order to promote the Talkbot product.
