Analyzing scenarios and proposing process improvements to avoid payment delays to suppliers.Participation in projects and process changes as a change agent, developing trainings, communications, and manuals for internal (employees) and external (suppliers and partners) audiences.— Development of the visual identity and content of the Freights Sharepoint, implementing a different format from the traditional Sharepoints, turning it into not only a file-sharing location but also a website with learning content (trainings divided into knowledge capsules, procedure manuals, and onboarding for transportation analysts). For this challenge, constant contact with operations experts was necessary to filter the information and, consequently, transform it into learning materials.— Organization of the 1st training for requisitioners in South America that clarified the process of acquition of services.— Support in Change Management for the eBound project, providing updates on project progress through the creation and publication of monthly newsletters, delivering support materials to end users of the tool, organizing training sessions, and ensuring a smooth and successful transition of processes for stakeholders in the Logistics, Fiscal, and P2P (Finance) sectors.
