The ASM position establishes and solidifies Customer relationships by providing legendary Customer Service based on Guiding Principles, CWI, Think SMART and WOW! Shop criteria. I also provide oversight to Store operations, including supervision of personnel and performance of all operational duties. I take residential mortgage loan applications AND offers or negotiates terms of residential mortgage loans for compensation gains.In addition to my duties as an ASM I serve and act as a Licensed insurance employee, providing Customers with additional products & services and acting as wealth referral champion within the Store. FSRs are required to maintain active registration with State Life & Health Insurance licensing. FSRs act in a dual role as FSR and Customer Service Representative.
