Six friends joined together and founded Contus on 2008. We grew from 2 employees to strength of 230+ employees of what we are now. We are a SMAC (Social, Mobility, Analytics, and Cloud) company. We have customer base in more than 40 countries, spanning across all the continents. I am from finance background having worked in major banking giants such as ICICI Bank, HSBC Bank, and HDFC Bank. I am holding the position of Vice President, HR & Finance in Contus. Since employees are the pillars of the organization, my key focus is on employee engagement to give a pleasant productive environment.
