*Discussão, elaboração e revisão de documentos relacionados à estruturação e alteração de fundos de investimento em geral - regulamentos / anexos / apêndices, atas de assembleias e documentos de ofertas Resolução CVM 160 -, em especial FIFs (Anexo Normativo I da Resolução CVM 175) e FIDCs (Anexo Normativo II da Resolução CVM 175), bem como de carteiras administradas.*Análise de contratos relacionados aos fundos de investimentos e carteiras administradas, como Acordos Operacionais.*Discussão e elaboração de respostas aos órgãos reguladores e autorreguladores, fatos relevantes e comunicados ao mercado.*Assessoramento às áreas internas em questões jurídicas e regulatórias a respeito de fundos de investimentos e carteiras administradas, incluindo assuntos relacionados aos seus ativos e ofertas.*Análise e estudo da regulamentação bancária e de mercado de capitais. *Contato direto com clientes/investidores, estabelecendo bom relacionamento entre as partes.

I am responsible for the technical management of the team that takes care of the company's onshore (local) funds, just over 2,000.I actively participate in the company's strategic alignments, directly with the board, also acting as a member of the internal committees whose objective is to discuss new products and changes to existing ones. When necessary, I provide legal support to internal areas (purpose of responding to notifications sent by regulator and self-regulator agencies, among others), as well as for internal and external customers. I also have interface with external law offices to define legal strategies involving the most sensitive funds and costumers.I coordinate the processes for discussing the new legislation applicable to funds and certain clients, together with the impacted areas, being also responsible for the creation and review of draft documents of funds in general.Considering my vast knowledge in the subject, acquired through years of experience and dedication, I help internal areas in the processes of development and improvement of the company's systems,under the legal aspects.At the end, I can cite as one of the biggest challenges that I faced in my current position, the process of adjusting the fund documents to CVM Instructions 539, 555 and 558, which were months of pure dedication by me and the team that still counted on the temporary hiring of a group of people to fulfill the project/deadline, all under my supervision.
