I have a bachelor degree in Information Technology and I initially worked as a developer after graduation. I have worked in large companies, with great people and, little by little, I had the opportunity to demonstrate my value and drive business solutions. Throughout my career I stood out for my skills as a problem solver. I enjoy finding solutions to complex problems and understand how the pieces of the puzzle fit together. Because of that, I chose to work closer to business instead of in development, so that I can participate in the analysis and design of solutions, which my technical background allows me to do, as well as be active in the decision making processes. My combination of technical skills and ability to establish a strong and trustful relationship with clients and stakeholders allow me to do what needs to be done and create value. I am pragmatic and can take decisions quickly, which was essential for my success working for one of the biggest retail companies in the world and their fast changing environment.
