My hole in the agency is to search for Business opportunities in Europe, and also work managing projects, creating marketing strategies and always keep looking for innovations and top trends to make our business model successful and deliver the best experience for our clients.

When you really love innovation and technology you cannot be elsewhere for too long, so I started to look for opportunities to work in Startups in Barcelona. In this research, I found Hibox, a messaging app for business that can put your team's productivity to a new level.My role was all about understanding the clients, doing researches and interviews to create Branding and communication strategies aiming to start, and maintain, a long-term relationship with clients. The goal was to help in the long-term sustainable growth of the business, as well as identifying potential innovations to apply in the Business Model.

When we saw the opportunity that could help millions of people around the world treating a disease that most of the time we cannot see or feel was a huge thing for us at the time. We were so excited that we were on the way to make the world a better place. We created a platform where people could talk with a professional psychologist online, anywhere, everywhere, through a video in the app. My role on this project as a co-founder was to study the psychology market, the depression, anxiety and then start to create a Business Model based on their real needs. I made some interviews with psychologists and a fell with people that already suffer some level of depression or anxiety. We discover some amazing things and I personally became very empathetic to the people and the professionals around this worldwide problem.With a strong Value Proposition for the Psychologists, only in our Beta version for tests, we reached 1000+ professionals.Unfortunately, the project died before we could get some traction to survive.It was a project that I learned a lot and the experience that I gain was spectacular. The empathy for the people who suffer and work to make those diseases less problematic in our world stay and it'll always have a special place in my heart.

Here I had the opportunity to know what a company really looks like in terms of employees, processes, revenue and more. I was exposed to one of the most amazing people with an amazing mind that I ever met and a lot of very intelligent people. My role for this project was to understand the business, the clients, and the market to create a Business Model where we could grow the consulting group through the online market, putting all the methodology that they had, into an e-learn platform where they can sell their knowledge for small businesses and startups.

The Final project to get my degree in Business Administration was a Business Plan for an idea that I had for a Startup. So when I got my Business Administration degree in the University the only thing I could ever imagine and think was on this project, so I choose to follow my heart and invest my time in that.It was a marketplace for you to find self-employed professionals with good recommendations based on your friends and family on social media. Basically, we were trying to bring to the online market the culture that we have in Brazil to call a friend or family to ask for recommendations.My role on this project as a Founder, and for many months the only one working on the project, was to do basically everything. I developed the Business Model, I created all the strategies for growth, social media, customer relationship, marketing, and the list goes as you can imagine. I made a lot of mistakes on this project, but I'll never regret my decision to start this project. It gave me a new understanding about everything and helped me create a more mature and professional vision.

The first time that I actually saw and could play to create Business Plans. At the time I thought, for small companies, or startups, to dedicate a long period of time developing a Business Plan based just on ideas and numbers was just not right. But was there, as well, the first time that I start to play with the Design Thinking and the Business Model Canvas methodology and completely change the way I work I think today.
