Global program start up for general drawings and teamcenter structure from Grupo Antolin, working on the interaction of all the centers of engineering.

❏ Development of the Front Exterior Parts of new Mercedes Benz Program: bumper, grilles: structural and style, spoilers: central and lateral, structural supports and peripherals of the Front Module. Project developed with the team from Germany.❏ Concept and feasibility activities of the project updates.❏ 3D modeling of the majority whole project parameterized according to the methodology of Mercedes Benz, HQM - Heidelberg Quality Manager.❏ Technical support for the injected components of the design and the Siemens NX11software.

❏ Development of the quality system of the fasteners suppliers - current and new, for the GMB Powertrain.❏ Responsibility for PPAPs, APQPs and all certifications of the active fastener suppliers (ISO TS 16946 and QSB Plus).❏ Troubleshooting Powertrain applications at all GM plants, along with suppliers, applying the quality tools (Drill Deep, Drill Wide, 5W2H).❏ DFSS Black Belt and PFMEA Green Belt certifications.

❏ Design Engineer at the Body Team - Front Exterior.❏ Development of thermoplastic components such as bumper, grille, wheelhouse, aerodynamic parts. And structural components such as impact bar and crash-box.❏ Focal Point of the INOVAR Auto Program for Spin and Spin Active MY 2017: all programs parts to Exterior Front.❏ DFSS Green Belt Certification: with the project applied in all future GMB launches.

❏ Participation in all product designs supplied to GM (3D and 2D) during this period, and some projects for other customers: FIAT Chrysler, Honda and Ford.❏ Development of thermoplastic components such as lanterns, CHMSL (brake lights), fog lamp, rear reflex, side reflex, side marks and roof light. Components with ultrasonic or vibration welding, with optical and thermal characteristics.❏ Follow-up of all stages of project development, meetings with customers and suppliers, scheduling, tool designs, tool constructions tracking, testing follow-up, validation testing, dimensional reporting and device development.
