As Quality Analyst: Participating in internal and external audits, analyzing nonconformities;Monitoring the execution of the proposed actions and evaluate the effectiveness of the measures implemented in all departments, mainly productive;Implanting and implement, critically analyzing local, central and customer documents, including topics related to IATF 16949, FMEA and Control Plans.Using Quality tools (8D, A3, Ishikawa and 5Y) to deal with nonconformities;Controlling and managing of documents and records; As SQA (Supplier Quality Assurance):Monitoring supplier status, reporting, continuous improvement, audits of local suppliers; Supporting for approval from local suppliers and complaints from suppliers;Leading and participating in projects related to the quality of raw materials and continuous improvement process of all processes related to the quality of suppliers (internal and external);Controlling the complaints and KPIs of complaints at the Tire plant;Following up all complaints, including 8D report analysis and costs.

Controling and managing the calibration of all measuring instruments in the factory;Apply MSA studies (Measurement Systems Analysis);Calibrating and adjusting measuring equipment for various quantities such as temperature, pressure, size, etc. based on RBC/INMETRO certification/audit and standards (IATF 16949; ISO/IEC 17025);Analyzing measurement uncertainties, certificates and calibration methods;Identifying and implement actions to improve or solve problems for any process that is related to Metrology involving all departments of the plant, mainly the productive one;
