Started as a middle office analyst at Genial Investimentos structuring many of the internal controls for their online investiment plataform, allowing the processing capacity to jump to more than USD 20M in daily operations. Later, worked as a back office analyst for local markets inside the group's asset manager and then migrated to an offshore position at Kapitalo Investimentos, one of the top independent Brazilian asset managers, with over USD 5bn of AUM. After two and a half years, accepted the challenge of structuring an offshore back office for the operations of XP INC’s Treasury, one of the largest financial conglomerates in Brazil.
