Production Sector Coordinator (R.I) - Manufacture of Metallic Reinforcements. Responsible for managing people and productivity in the sector, providing incentives for development by monitoring and evaluating the performance of 28 employees. Management of technical, human and financial resources aiming at results compatible with the sector's goals, providing a friendly and pleasant working environment among employees, offering the necessary support so that everyone can work with commitment and satisfaction in the work environment. Main activities: • Management of work teams; • Definition of posts with their staff controlling the results; • Monitoring and development of employees; • Monitoring the results of the employees through the performance evaluation; • Management of the sector's technical and financial resources; • Elaboration of strategies to obtain results compatible with the sector's goals; • Evaluation of the sector's results against pre-established objectives, correcting deviations; • Motivation of the Sector work teams to obtain the best results in Production, Quality, Safety and Cost. • Production Scheduling and Planning according to the demand of the main Customers; • Leadership in order to create a pleasant environment for the teams that make up the Sector; • Support and attention to all team members equally.

Achievements: • Through achieved goals, I helped the Piraí Packaging sector to be consecrated the best Packaging Company in South America for the first time in 2019; • Production record by team May/2019 (1430 hL produced on the shift); • Best Technical Cleaning Project at the Unit.

Main activities: • Supervision and monitoring of beer and soft drink filling activities in cans, aiming to meet deadlines, ensuring the quality and safety of the final product; • Guidance on the rational use of the filling machinery, guaranteeing, together with the Engineering team, their full operation; • Control of Production items according to the Company's Management models, optimizing, establishing and standardizing more efficient production processes; • Management and leadership of a team composed of 16 employees; • Control of Quality, Safety, Maintenance, Productivity and Efficiency indicators of the can filling line in order to guarantee the best product with the best possible cost management.

• Responsible for quality control in three Oneway packaging lines, monitoring indicators directly related to the sensorial aspects of the products; • Control and management of maintenance plans and operational Quality orders (cleaning and asepsis) of critical equipment; • Management of operational notes for prioritization in the maintenance plan; • Improvement of the Cleaning Schedule and 5S tools and their management method; • Monitoring of equipment efficiency, helping and directing machine operators in the best way to operate them; • Responsible for the application and training of Security tools in the area; • Efficiency and Productivity improvement project for a Long Neck line using the PDCA tool as an aid; • Implementation of toolkits that assist the operation in performing routine cleaning, retightening and lubrication activities; • Performs routine line supervision tasks such as: guiding the team, monitoring operational procedures, reporting productivity reports, participating in D-1 meetings for negotiations and predictions, among other activities.

Applied Research and Innovation Department: • Operated the Biostill project to generate extracts from different wood species • Preliminarily analyzed and categorized the chemical properties of the samples • Assisted with experiments to categorize potential products • Assisted in the literature review Forestry Department: • Analyzed whether cut trees could be used by wildlife • Analyzed the growth of pine trees of different species arranged in incandescent and LED light bulbs

Natural Products Chemistry Laboratory - Department of Chemistry • Developed activities related to chromatographic techniques for the isolation and purification of special metabolites from species of Clusia Nemorosa (Clusiaceae) and reactions to identify phenols and tannins in the material studied.
