I am a museologist interested in contemporary art, cultural mediation and social inclusion. Holder of an undergraduate degree in museology oriented towards the history of art, conservation and communication, I started my professional life as an intern in cultural projects at Casa França-Brasil (Rio de Janeiro, Brazil). Subsequently, I became a communication coordinator in this same organization where I had the opportunity to work on the production of several contemporary art exhibitions and to participate in various cultural and artistic projects. Then, I worked in the administration of the Museu Antonio Parreiras (Niterói, Brazil), in collaboration with the director and chief curator of the museum, responsible for the organization of cultural projects, as part of institutional restructuring. In Montreal, as part of the master's program in museology, I was an intern at Montreal Arts Interculturels (MAI), where I worked on the support program for professional artists from cultural diversity as well as on the audience development program for exhibitions. Finally, I took additional training in museum management at the Universidade Candido Mendes as well as in theory and practice of visual arts at the Escola de Artes Visuais do Parque Lage, both in Rio de Janeiro.
