Beside that I was the main person in the team to stay in contact with the C4E teams getting the most updated documentation directing the development team on how to develop the project.Although we had a product owner member in the team, in some moments I performed the agile product owner role supporting the official PO since he was more likely a business analyst. In the concept phase of the projects, I led the story mapping from the brainstorm identifying the personas, to the backlog management writing epics, features and the user stories, using BDD behavior to list the acceptance criteria.Due to my knowledge in Scrum methodology, I led in many moments the scrum cerimonies such as sprint planning, daily meet and some review+retro meetings, when the scrum master couldn’t facilitate the ceremony.We used to use scaled SAFe to plan deliver releases, which I had a very active participation supporting the product owner to identify the project risks, decencies with the cross teams and the promise of what would be delivered by the end of the release. Working as system analyst in a healthcare product and responsible to help and keep the development team up to work together. Using agile methodology runnin SCRUM into the developments teams, as system analyst we used to work close to the PO defining the product backlog and leading the feature refinements.Together with a scrum master, we used to analyze graphs about team velocity and burndown charts to keep our sprints successfull.

I was the main person in contact with the client to align expectations, negotiate dates and help with doubts, as we where identifying new features. The last project I worked at the company I participated in all project stages, since the kick-off meetings on site to the sustain after the GO LIVE stage. During the concept of project, I was the solution architect responsible for identifying, drawing and documenting the features and the requisites, such as I was responsible for define the business and technical architecture.
