Fornecer atendimento ao cliente para reparos and manutenção de veículos de luxo pessoais, incluindo:Recepcionar clientes;Identificar necessidades de manutenção e reparo do veículo junto ao cliente;Promover interface entre o cliente e a equipe técnica;Produzir estimativas no valor e duração dos reparos;Acompanhar veículo dentro da oficina até sua entrega;Agendar serviços de manutenção e realizar orçamentos;Entregar o veículo, fazer inspeção de serviço e limpeza e realizar fechamento das ordens de serviço;Fornecer informações técnicas aos clientes sobre o veículo;Passar orçamentos adicionais gerados durante a execução dos serviços;
