In this role I'm working together with a multicultural, global team, in order to design and implement a new approach to Data Platform delivery and operation, in order to enhance strategic KPI's .My role in this scenario is:- Design platform components- Test and implement features- Document the development of the data platform- Develop the DevOps process to handle the platform updates- Assess the needs as the platform evolves

On my current role I am responsible for:- Work on the development of the data teams that I belong, making sure the best practices are being followed - Act across teams as a disseminator of the best practices, helping them to understand the trade offs and balance their decisions, delivering savings on work hours and TCO- Together with the other leaderships, define the next iterations for our data teams, in terms of tooling, guidelines for data and cost related matters

In this position, my responsabilities grew from the previous ones, to:- Plan and deliver optimizations to our most critical pipelines, to reduce costs and time- Mentoring newer team members, in order to raise the technical skill bar- Design and deliver data architechtures to fullfill specifics business needs, where the current data platform wasn't able to.- Provide support to digital products teams, in order to help them better integrate with the analytics products.- Plan the next strategies to reduce TCO and delegate the responsabilities.Working on this role, the most interesting deliverable was a on-premise ML archtecture that integrates the whole existent ecossystem, keeping the governance and security at a high level, even in remote locations, making it possible to deliver value with advanced analytics in places where previously it was stated to be impossible.This was a foundational iniative that enabled ML models to generate value, without lock-ins, on every site that there's a server available.

At this position, I was responsible for:- Build from the scratch the Supply datalake- Choose and define tools to support our operations- Enhance the team knowledge to better choose our consultancy partners- Define the patterns to our integrations- Work together with the business areas to define the best strategies to our area.At this role, the most successful outcome was the self service BI, built after a lot of cooperative work with the business areas and leaderships. Right now, it delivers data to the whole South America Zone, for all employees to use, saving thousands of hours of manual work and avoiding many errors with it.

At 2RP Net, I have worked as a Data Engineer, allocated at a client that is the largest clothing retailer in Brazil.I was responsible for:- Tune the performance of the client Hive, Hadoop and Kafka clusters- Develop software to integrate several local systems to our datalake, at a terabyte scale- On-call support for the users- Train and capacitate new employees- Design integration patterns to other company partners
