I’m currently working as researcher and data scientist in the coordination of quantitative methods at Cetic.br, along wtih the methodological innovation team. In this role, I have the opportunity to apply my expertise to real-world problems, using data-driven insights to drive innovation and drive positive change. Main Activities Performed:- Internal Cross Tabulation Tool review and optimization;- Development of a new and user friendly tabulation and visualization tool;- Text analysis and classification of open-ended survey questions;- Use of pseudo-weighting methods to adjust non-probability data aming better representation in analyses;- Experiments about the use of web scraping for indicators estimations and production.

- Development of a research about public policy of Brazilian government for subnational governments internationalization as part of my master's degree;- Formation in some econometric tools.

- Managed directly a team of 70 people plus around 300 members of athletics associations and contractors;- Responsible with CEO for the whole project, from finding sports venues to relationship with City Hall – Mayor and his sub-offices (Sports, Education, Traffic, Health, among others), as well the City Commercial and Touristic Association.

- Manage a team of 15 people, including financial and administrative teams.

- Manage a team of 6 people, delegating matters according to their events experience.- Responsible for hire sports event infrastructure contractors, negotiating with service providers, including referees, security and sports infrastructure.
