Acting as Product Owner and Product Manager in SaaS project management. Being the bridge that connects the client's interests with the solutions created by Quark.The main functions can be described as:- Team management focused on the company's goals;- Monitoring Objectives and Key Results (OKRs);- Sprint and Product backlog management;- Application of SCRUM phases: Daily, Review, Retrospective and Planning, for example;- Using JIRA to monitor the Sprint;- Application of training aimed at new users of our solutions;- Monitoring the customer journey;- Monitoring of activities and validation for production;- Acting in Customer Success;- Customer service to understand the pain and propose new applications to our solutions.
