Led transformation in Performance Management & Analytics in Latin America under Supply Chain Deliver for 3 business segments (Consumer Health, Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices), creating a team, defining roadmap and overall strategy leveraging Analytics Maturity models. Created a single source of truth database and dashboards to provide visibility, insights and self-service analytics to standard KPIs and processes to drive business performance. Led business performance reviews through partnering with senior business leaders. Business performance normalization, predictive analytics and machine learning pilots.- Line management of 6 direct reports (analysts).- Key technologies: Tableau and Alteryx.

Led performance management and business analytics projects partnering with IT and Plan organizations, including a customized Advanced Demand & Supply Planning Tool and a SAP implementation as Subject Matter Expert in Supply Chain Analytics.

Responsible for production and fixed assets planning for the Wings & Final Assembly lines, process reliability and improvements, and ensuring accuracy of planning parameters to maximize resource and inventory usage. Also responsible for leading kaizen initiatives and project management through strong collaboration with end-to-end teams to ensure plan attainment.
