Worldwide experience with 10 years inside of Manufacturing at specifically in telecommunications segment with expertise in continuous improvement, project management, engineering, implementation of new products and processes.Born and raised on the shop floor where my career began. At the beginning, I was responsible for machine operator in a production line to shock absorber manufacture, and today, I am responsible for the project as a whole, reporting daily to the high management and PM customer the project performance and qualifications. I went deeper into the studies of Lean Manufacturing. As a leader always I play as a team member creating synergy, making this a differential reaching my current position.Lean Green Belt certified with high leadership skills in Kaizen (PDCA, VSM, 5s, Quality, SMED, TPM, PDCA, House of Lean, TIMWOODS).Working with creativity, initiative, flexibility, teamwork and dynamism. I've an ability to make a synergy between Lean, Process and Project Management and enabling a deep level in resolution of the 7 wastes hunting the TIMWOOODS, disseminating the Lean culture in all levels of the operation, with training, lectures, making all techniques and tools native in the daily operation.Intermediary level in English, with the experience of taking classes abroad and traveling across the whole world.
