• Manage International Accounts and Aqueo’s Retail Stores;• Develop a strategic plan for all stores including sales targets and wages budgets;• Monitoring Sales Performances daily against targets and budgets;• Suggest sales promotions for key selling periods;• Look and feel of stores – ensure consistency with brand across all stores;• First point of contact for any sales enquiry;• Analyze all key users’ needs and company’s processes to improve warehouse efficiency;• Store Staff Management and Recruitment;• Analyze, re-structure and implement new processes into the retail area;• Responsible to plan inbound goods receipt and internal stock replenishment to improve pick and pack efficiency;• Responsible to ensure that Logistic communication from Brazilian suppliers follow through all users in Warehouse.
