Working as Captain / Senior DPO I have enforced national and international laws, conventions on board and all the rules of Maritime Authorities.Responsible for: - Safety and Environmental Protection, Regulatory Instructions and Work Instructions. - Manage Crew and Passengers - Constant contact with Land Management and Customer on board. - Supervision of all supply, repair, loading and unloading services. - Take precautions for the complete safety of the vessel in port or while traveling. - Vessel management, certification control and inspections for Flag, Brazilian Navy and Client. - Performing berthing, unberthing and anchoring maneuvers.

Working as Senior DPO at ENSCO Rigs, I was supervisor of DPO/BCOs and responsible by Dynamic Positioning of the Rig, monitoring the VMS (Vessel Management System) and Fire & Gas System. I achieved experience in drilling and workover activities as well drilling equipment and dry bulk/cement systems. I achieved experience in LBL operations doing and monitoring arrays, maintenance of beacons, DPS and Multifix GNSS systems. Preventive and corrective maintenances of marine equipment. I have Knowledge of vessel FMEA and DP Trials procedures; I`ve participated in many external and internal audits DPPS, ANP, ABS.

Working as DPO at PLSV Kommandor 3000 to Petrobras on Campos Basin. Experience in K-Pos and SDP kongsberg DP systems with hydro-acoustic, taut-wire, DGPS, and Fanbeam reference systems doing recovery and lay of flexible lines, maintenence of umbilicals, production and anullus lines and subsea equipments, Pull-in and Pull-out operations and Support with ROV.

Working in Platform Supply Vessels to REPSOL, I achieved knowledge in operations and maintance of Rolls-Royce Dynamic Positioning systems with Cyscan and DGLONASS reference systems. Also I was responsible for loading and unloading ballast operations and check LSA and Fire Fighting equipments. I participated of dry dock for changes, following the patterns of Petrobras, until had started operations in Campos Basin area.
