# Continental Automotive System (Old Siemens VDO) – Guarulhos/SP. Period: 05/26/2008 to Nov/2012.SMT Process Engineering - Function: SMT Process Engineer and coordinator of the Front End team composed of 1engenheiro, 3 analyst’s process and 1 trainee.• Responsible to coordinate the team of engineering and prototyping of SMT production line.• Responsible to develop, define processes and implement new projects in the SMT lines (NPI's), such as Printer Dek, MPM, Heller Ovens, Furnaces Rehm, Pick & Place Siemens, automatic cleaning process means SMT and laser marking.• Printer Process - request and approve the making of the stencil, gerbers through files and programs on the machine and produce assembly procedures.•Reflow Oven - Create profile through the measurements made with thermocouples arriving at an optimum condition by specifying the solder paste provided by the manufacturer.• Analyze quality reports provided by the customer continues to improve the process.• Support the production lines and maintenance process.• Develop tools to assist the process.• Develop suppliers.

SMT Process Engineering - Position: Process Engineer SMT (Rohs 6 and 5).• Responsible to develop, define the process (SMT or wave solder) and implement new projects in the SMT lines (NPI's), such as Printer Dek 265Lt, inserters, Panasonic (MVIIF and MPAV) and reflow oven and wave solder.• Printer Process - request and approve the making of the stencil, gerbers through files, program the machine to develop and produce assembly procedures.• Inserters - to develop and optimize programs by X and Y coordinates provided by the client and develop assembly procedures.• Reflow Oven - Create profile through the measurements made with thermocouples arriving at an optimum condition through the specification of solder paste supplied by the manufacturer (lead free and 5 / 6) thereof.• Wave solder process - responsible for requesting and approving the construction of wave solder pallets, profile to define and develop process.• Analyze quality reports provided by the customer continues to improve the process.• Support the production lines and maintenance process.

SMD Manufacturing - Function: Manufacturing Technical Specialist SMD.* Responsible for manufacturing and support the process of automotive products line of SMD (radio and CD player, electronic fuel injection module, clusters (panels) automotive (car and truck) and controls automotive air conditioning, for major automotive customers: Ford, Kenwood, General Motors, Honda, Nissan and Fiat• Volume of production lines for SMD (coordinating team line operators).• Quality of products in the lines of SMD (process of solder paste and glue).• Support lines regarding the process of SMD LEAD FREE.• Exchange Setup Panasonic's on the machines (Elevators / O Grohmmam, Hardware Glue, MVIIF and MVIIC), MPM Printer, Universal GSM, oven and oven Conceptronics Heller).• Preventive maintenance of the lines of SMD (weekly, monthly, bimonthly, quarterly, semiannual and annual).• Corrective maintenance of SMD lines.• Programming the machines Panasonic (MVIIF and MVIIC), MPM GSM Printer and Universal.• Replacement of the raw material area.• Responsible for spreading the concepts of quality for the area.
