Automotive sector: Virtual product development of commercial vehicles in MSC.Adams Car environment. Elastokinematic analyses of leaf spring and air spring suspensions. Study of vehicle dynamics ride and handling characteristics for trucks including trailers and semi-trailers, and conventional and articulated buses. Simulation of virtual roads and test tracks to obtain chassis loading history for structural durability analyses.Rail sector: Build models of train composition, both passenger (Alstom) and freight (MRS) trains, to evaluate railway vehicles dynamics according with international standards (AAR, EN and UIC) using VI-Rail software environment. Validation and correlation with physically acquired test data for further virtual model improvement. Custom built scripts to pre-process field data and generate railroad inputs in the wheels and to post-process vehicle behavior from field tests and virtual analysis. Virtual evaluation of train composition speed limits safety and passengers’ comfort.Software development: External developer of VI-Aircraft for VI-Grade. Responsible for rewriting VI-Aircraft solver routines from Fortran to C++, improving software capabilities, adding new features and alpha testing. Creating and updating training material and tutorials of VI-CarRealTime, VI-Road and VI-EventBuilder. Alpha tests for IV-CarRealTime software suite. Development of CVT powertrain template for VI-Motorcycle.Training activities: Instructor of MSC.Software courses related to multibody dynamics using MSC.Adams View/Car for enterprises and college students particularly from SAE Baja and Formula teams.Business development and support: Technical meetings to present the company and its portfolio, demonstrate software capabilities, assimilate client demands and elucidate operational doubts. Post-sales customer support in Brazil and abroad via conference call, phone and e-mail.
