CurrentResponsible for designing and implementing the Supply & Logistics strategy, contributing to the development and implementation of the long-term strategy seeking to maximize company´s value and delivering sustainable growth. Liaises with Sales & Marketing teams to maximize operating profitability and portfolio value.Lead relationship with key industry stakeholders to identify, model and prioritize business origination and investment opportunities that secures an advantaged supply chain.Drive motivation of the team and ensure the appropriate level of qualification and performance, through the identification of training/professional development needs for the team members.Accountable for the company´s medium and long-term planning (S&OP), through the preparation of the forecast based on market intelligence, in order to ensure operational capacity for the execution of the strategic planning within the expected level of efficiency and profitability.Ensure the planning of the company´s short-term resources, by monitoring order book and defining the most effective supply chain in order to ensure the delivery of a best-in-class product/service to the customer.Ensure the planning and execution of the entire inbound and outbound logistics operation, involving procurement as well as the delivery of the product to the customer as needed.Lead supply chain projects and implementation related to process, from finished products to the order/delivery. Collaborate with Operations and indirect Procurement to ensure resources/equipment reliability, product quality, competitiveness and customer service. Support the development of a culture that embraces compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, BP's code of conduct and other internal policies, ensuring that counterparties are managed through the lenses of safety, financial and reputational risks.
