Development team management in TI area. Data Science implementing leader.

I managed the team of engineers and technicians in projects with focus in continuous improvements and model year launches seeking for quality improvement and cost reduction. In addition, it was part of my activities to negotiate with suppliers and partners to achieve the better technical, logistic and financial conditions for the production team. I also managed the team to execute and organize all technical documentation as handbooks and catalogs, besides I also implemented the necessary procedures for engineer changes that drove to less impact in production and supply chain. During my assessment, I implemented the FMEA and project management tools in engineer department, what consolidated and linked other areas, like, process engineering, quality, supply chain and production line. I reported directly to the engineering director and actively participated in the strategic meetings and decisions with the high boarding of the company.Main achievements:- 03 continuous improvement projects developed in 2013 for planters;- 04 continuous improvements projects developed in 2014 for planters and fertilizer spreaders;- BKI for cost reduction achieved in 2013 and 2014;- Problem solving procedures and analytic tools implemented;- FMEA training and implementation;- Stage / Gates Project management tools consolidation (similar to APQP in automotive industry)- Lean Project implemented to optimize prototype and try-out construction.

- Responsible for supplier quality assurance in prototypes and final product for SOP, making final product quality assessment on product performance and durability;- Advising product team development in solutions and technical alternatives for HVAC automotive performance and respective validation procedures and their association with quality tools (DFMEA, DRBFM, DRBTR, etc.)- Executed 2 DFSS projects as green belt- Optimizing global test procedures to simulate a more "real situation" of usage from automotive products.

- Coordinate chassis & HVAC engineers in product development, presenting technical solutions and strategies for stakeholders- Define technically Chassis & HVAC systems to achieve performance targets and interface with vehicle systems;- Responsible to escalate main issues and present reports and development cadence to top management (Chief engineer)- Timing, cost and modification tracking- Interaction with global members (USA, EU, JP, AUS)

 Lead engineer in ABS/ESC system development for passenger vehicles and mid-size trucks for US andlocal market, managing the development team; Latin America responsible person in global councils of ABS and ESC systems; Latin America coordinator in the quality reduction initiatives for brake systems; Latin America, Africa and Middle East responsible person for new mid-size trucks brake systemdevelopment. Joined development of ABS/ESC systems in Japan together with ISUZU and suppliers engineering team.
