I managed to close several contracts through experimental classes. Feedback from students and management was very positive regarding these sessions.1 semester after being hired, I reached the mark of teacher with the highest number of students at the school.During my activity at the school, I greatly developed my teaching, communication, negotiation and coaching skills, motivating students to excel in the study of the English language.

Atuando em novos projetos de vendas orientado a metas, exercitei várias soft skills: gerenciamento de tempo, resiliência, storytelling, trabalho em equipe, pensamento analítico, empatia, escuta ativa e resolução de problemas.

Nesse novo ciclo na empresa, agreguei novas responsabilidades às minhas funções antigas e exercitei a capacidade de liderança e trabalho em equipe, de forma a unir a equipe para resolução de problemas internos que prejudicavam o resultado da empresa.
