• Customer Provisioning – the collection, validation, and control of all customer provisioning requests (new & renewal/existing order).• Coordinating with product specific provisioning teams for status and completion of action triggering mi lestones and events.• Hands on provisioning and delivery execution. Leverage offering specific tools to support direct provisioning without requiring external delivery team support.• Serve as an official ‘trusted source’ to validate process mandates involved with quotes, orders, provisioning andinvoicing.• Work with Customer Fulfillment to ensure timely release of line item holds to facilitate customer invoicing. This willinclude the start of contract terms or set up completion.• Level 0 approvals – Review and approve Sales quotes in (Sales, Quote, Order) SQO tool• DetailedinquiriesorDisputeresolution–HandleCustomer initiatedquestions/eventsregardingatargetedscenariothat requires a response and/or action.• Standard recurring & ad – hoc activities to manage daily operations and support stakeholder requests.
