* Legal Counsel (generalist profile) with a strong academic background and more than 17 years of legal knowledge gained in law firms and in-house counsel in the Legal Department of large sized companies acting in Brazil.* Abroad experience acquired in a law firm in the United States of America (USA) facing to American and International law (civil and contracts).* Effective experience in the legal field, especially legal business activities, including civil, consumer, contracts, commercial/corporate, tax and employment law.* Organization of the legal department workflow.* Management of litigation and consulting (litigation mitigation and prevention) as well, coordination of internal team and external law firms.* Strategic coordination of the corporate law and responsible for all corporate documents with participating in due-diligence processes aiming to mergers, acquisitions and sale.* Analysis, preparation, review, correction, release of international and national contracts of several natures.* Advise HR departments on employments matters and issues.* Relationship with Government Agencies and Associations in General to preserve the interests of the company.* Developing the Code of Conduct and policies, also auditing and monitoring operations, conducts and businesses to ensure that they comply with internal controls, policies and procedures as much as the applicable legislation, including FCPA, SOX, Anti-Bribery, and other laws in Brazil (compliance).* Deep experience in handling legal issues in strongly regulated, politically influenced and sensitive environments. * Interaction and support to every areas of company in order to provide business legal advice* Wide vision of Brazilian Law, business vision, negotiation, dynamism, elaboration e coordination of some reports (management, financial, etc.), as well as provide legal business information in general complement the profile.
