Acting as Elementary Function Pilot (PFE) for serial life of new Renault Master produced in France. Responsible for solving quality issues regarding exterior, safety and dashboard parts - including cross-functional alignments, supplier discussions and leading the documentation process until assembly line application. QI is responsible for quality improvement trough solving common problems that customers report. Within QI I had the opportunity to develop my autonomy leading some projects of product improvement, besides being motivated to propose Engineering solutions - when I begun to work with Catia to elaborate 3D models and 2D drawings of the projects and also the connection with different areas inside the company - like Quality, Manufacture and Logistics.

Acting in cost reduction projects for a portfolio of products in an agile methods guided team, using Kanban and Scrum trough Jira, working to find engineering economic opportunities, applying data analysis knowledge in Excel and Macros/VBA; acting in continuous improvement projects and component corrections through Catia.

Responsible to guarantee the enterprise's estrategic allignement for the Projects Area, by conducting the members to follow the annual planning with the defined goals and KPIs using OKRs.

Responsible for pricing, planning and project management, in order to guarantee that every member involved in the execution would develop themselves, besides the use of agile methodologies.

I were a member of UFPR Fórmula - a project with the goal to project and manufacture a Fórmula SAE vehicule, bringing opportunities to the students to apply their knowledges in a real engineering project, since de 3D Model, simulation and final manufacture.My former area was the Engine Combustion Vehicle, responsible for the air admission system, exhaust system, gas supply and cooling.
