• Management of Luxottica’s compensation framework for all its businesses (wholesale, retail and e-coomerce): job description, job evaluation, job structure review, salary ranges, short-term incentives, sales incentives, compensation and benefitis policies.• Responsible for the annual merit cycle and bonus calculation. • Structured the new sales incentives plan of the wholesale team, defining new targets, cycles and goal setting processes.• Responsible for the annual labor budget and its quarterly forecasts, as well as monthly analysis to find opportunities of efficiencies.• Developed a monthly People Analytics dashboard (KPI’s of all HR subsystems) to help HRBPs to identify businesses needs and build action plans.• Coordination of all expat processes (immigration, relocation, and shipment) for inbounds and outbounds, responsible for updating the international mobility policy with the corporate team in Italy, and support employees on different matters.
