Responsible for managing a portfolio with more than 100 SKUs (local manufacturing and imported material) in medical devices segment, seeking to reach business goals regarding sales performance, pricing, and marketing plan execution.− Local marketing plan development focused on market opportunities, building “Go to Market” strategies, Omnichannel, business & portfolio strategies and tactical plan implementation− Define local marketing initiatives to achieve finance objectives aligned to regional and global strategies− Budget and financial projections − Portfolio lifecycle management− Annual Strategy Review development (mid-term)− Enabling new GTM models as E-commerce (ex: Mercado Livre marketplace)− Communication & Digital strategies− Pricing approval management − Responsible to set sales forecast aligned to Supply Chain and Manufacturing− Market shaping development− Competitive intelligence management focused on market competition − Build different GTM initiatives according to different segments (Private/Public, Retail, B2B, Veterinary) in different channels (Direct, Distribution, E-commerce)− Set and define scope regarding events, fairs, and congresses (with customers and HCPs)

MARKETING− Supporting development of regional and local marketing plans (Building business strategies "Where to play" strategy and segmentation, Playbook for sales teams, communication plan, Marketing shaping/awareness actions, development of local tools to support tactical plan)− Market analysis to find business opportunities regarding different markets and segments. − Management of regional projects focused on accelerate the business growth of the strategic business units− Presentation of projects and initiatives for global platforms− Business performance analysis focused on the “Marketing 4Ps mix”− Development of regional marketing playbooks for LA countries− Interface with global, regional, local platforms, supply team, IT, regulatory, communication, strategic marketing, and market intelligence teamsvisualizar menosPRICING− Management of pricing initiatives with LA countries and global team− Price situational analysis, local processes mapping and improvement recommendations, profitability analysis for different business platforms, supporting the development of regional price strategies (annual strategy reviews)− Development of price corridors strategy, price floors definition and price grids− Periodic presentations for global, regional, and local stakeholders− Price elasticity and price sensitivity analysis− Develop reports and presentations regarding pricing issues for several stakeholders (Finance, Marketing, Leadership team)

− Develop marketing analysis and performance reports − Build strategic presentations (market demand, performance, and competition environment) for different stakeholders (leadership team, global team)− KPIs monthly analysis regarding business performance and pricing (market share, contribution margin, import parity, market demand)− Monitoring domestic sales data and imported materials to map the current and future market demand− Maintenance of sales prices in the SAP system and internal data management− Support in the organization, and execution of internal and external events − Content development for external and internal communication materials

− Sales forecast projection and S&OP participation− Daily approach and communication with supply chain and customers to estimate sales forecast (interface with several areas)
