- I am the responsible for all purchases of 6 vessels of the company, national, international, and administrative. The company currently has 12 vessels model UT4000 (FVS). the vessels were built at the ETP shipyard. - Purchasing of materials for fitting out of the vessels as delivered by the shipyard and purchasing of all items that compose the vessels model UT 4000.- Purchasing of materials for the vessels in operation.- Importation of spare parts from the main manufacturers (Cummins, Samyoung) forward contracting and following up with freight forwarders and freight forwarders in the importation and exportation process; - Negotiation with oil companies for the supply of marine diesel oil, lubricants (PETROBRÁS, IPIRANGA, SHELL, ESSO; TRAMP OIL); - Support to the technical area in the commercial part for contracting services on board;- Responsible for the elaboration and presentation of performance indicators and other reports to the Purchasing directorate;

- Planning and scheduling OSs, specifying labor, materials, equipment, safety procedures and technical documentation to be employed in the OSs; - Assisting the Maintenance Planning Supervisor in the preparation of performance indicators; - Monitoring the correct execution of the maintenance plan; - Monitoring the insertion of data into the maintenance system regarding the execution of planned maintenance routines as well as the corrective ones; - Monitoring and control of costs related to maintenance, highlighting possible deviations and their causes; - Preparation of the maintenance activities schedule. - Follow up with the branches the result of corrective maintenance.
