The BBM Shopping Group operates in the administrative and financial management of shopping centers located in the Brás region, such as: Shopping Vaultier; Shopping Vaultier Premium; Shopping Porto Brás; Shopping Canindé; Shopping All Brás; Shopping Elev Brás, and is expected to inaugurate its seventh venture, Shopping Porto New, in 2022.- General consultative action for all sectors and companies in the group - Legal support for the Group's Senior Management, as well as preparation and management of corporate acts in general - Management, preparation, and review of contracts in general - Responsible for monitoring and managing a portfolio of civil and administrative processes conducted by third-party law firms - Development of strategies for the implementation and monitoring of the Compliance and Governance program - Implementation and monitoring of the compliance program for LGPD - Risk analysis and issuance of “Legal Opinion”.

- Work in the areas of Compliance and Global Investigation, developing activities related to the implementation of Compliance programs in client companies, risk analysis, internal fraud investigations, and due diligence - Directly responsible for the implementation of Compliance programs; responsible for reviewing and drafting internal anti-bribery and risk policies, including Code of Ethics and Conduct, Corporate Governance, among others - Responsible for legal compliance and conformity for public companies and compliance for ISO certifications (37001 and 19600) - Responsible for implementing compliance programs related to the General Data Protection Law – LGPD and European data legislation – GDPR - Responsible for fraud investigations and due diligence in companies across various sectors, primarily foreign investment funds in business conducted or potential in Brazil.

- Responsible for the areas of Consultative and Contested Business Law with an emphasis on Corporate Law, Contract Law, Tax Law (Tax Executions), Intellectual Property, and Family and Succession Law - Serving companies and individuals with a strategic focus on conducting business and results; risk analysis of each measure and focus on litigation reduction - Experience serving small and medium-sized companies in various sectors, such as Education, Construction, Software, Payment Collection, Beauty, and Entertainment, among others - Preparation, analysis, and registration of: Corporate Acts; Various service contracts to Real Estate Incorporation; Documents for trademark, software, and patent registration - Successful litigation in civil courts at all levels and instances - Acting as “Attorney-in-Fact” and “Legal Representative” of foreign companies in Brazil and as appointed administrator of the Brazilian company - As appointed Administrator: Responsible for risk analysis of operations in Brazil; Responsible for contract analysis and signing in general; Responsible for payments to suppliers and foreign exchange remittances; Acting in accordance with the guidelines of foreign companies (Head Office); Direct contact with the Executive Board of foreign companies.

- Initial role as a Consultant in the area of “Corporate Security” conducting activities such as: identifying security vulnerabilities in industrial plants, hospitals, and the largest bus terminal in Latin America; logistics risk analysis and loss prevention; participation and creation of “Crisis Committees” in companies; risk analysis of Directors and Presidents of companies (anti-kidnapping measures) - Consultant in the area of “Business & Corporate Intelligence,” working on projects for large national and multinational companies on issues such as: litigation support; unfair competition and dumping; due diligence; background checks; asset searches; protection of intellectual property (piracy); and internal fraud.
