CurrentAs a CEO, I assume key accountability for establishing and managing a business, delivering exceptional services related to IT and cybersecurity, compliance, auditing and risk mitigation.I deliver strategic leadership to a team of 10 salespeople/IT staff and 50+ resellers, while encouraging them to achieve set goals. Throughout my tenure at AIQON, I direct overall business operations, including finance, accounting, and HR to ensure end-to-end smooth running of business. I increase business growth and awareness by leading all marketing activities. I identify new and retain existing customers while serving as salespeople visiting high-potential customers and resellers. I establish and strengthen long-term professional relationships with customers for repeat business. I organize calls, demos, trials, and online and in-person meetings with employees and business partners to discuss innovative ideas for process, product and service improvement.Below is my key achievement:• Defined and oversaw strategic processes, which achieved massive improvement in revenue, sales, and margin.
