- I created new features for the customer portal. This work helped improve processes and services that were previously time-consuming or non-existent, thus enabling the customer to provide better quality and timely services. The services were made available to customers with a large volume of daily transactions. In addition to working on the technical side, I performed managerial tasks and carried out various interactions with the customer. Project implemented in Java Web with Oracle database.

- As a functional manager, I led ICT teams focused on information technology and telecommunications demands and services. I was responsible for conducting technical interviews for hiring and onboard new employees, interacting with internal and external customers, hiring service providers, and purchasing tools and equipment to support and maintain services. I worked coordinating marketing campaigns for mass emailing to large client portfolios. I coordinated a large team responsible for maintaining a national technology park through monitoring tools, systems for opening calls, coordinating the technical maintenance team, and administrative work related to the logistics and dynamics of the work. I worked coordinating a team composed of programmers, scrum masters, testers, and other professionals responsible for a large telecom management and SMS messaging system. The system in question has national coverage and reaches a large mass of the institution's clients.

- Create system design, architecture and application to allow the transfer of scanned documents between financial institutions. After its implementation, it was possible to transfer thousands of files and images very quickly and with efficient process monitoring. If a batch of data had a transfer problem, it was possible to continue from the exact point where the interruption occurred. This system made a good impression on the client and helped build a positive image of the service provider. The application, built with Spring Boot, Oauth, Rest and Docker, was integrated with ECM (Enterprise Content Management) tools and EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) tools.- I built some features in the CRM of the company. This is the main application responsible for credit recovery in one of the largest banks in Brazil. The application has essential features for carrying out financial agreements: it has a sophisticated and efficient messaging model based on IoT messages under the MQTT protocol that allows real-time updates of the status of financial agreements, it has integration with the Cisco telephony ecosystem to allow phone calls, it has an ETL module - Extract, Transform and Load responsible for daily updating the customer portfolio and feeding the business databases.The main technologies used in this application include MQTT clients, Spring Boot stack, message broker, MQTT bus, Angular, Azure DevOps, Git, JS, Kambam, Apache Ignite, Kubernetes, among other technologies.

- I created several features in internal systems focused on meeting the company's administrative demands. These actions enabled savings in resources that would otherwise be spent on third-party software licenses or subscription services. Sectors such as HR were able to see their productivity increase thanks to the innovations provided by the platform, which allowed the exchange of spreadsheets and other general-purpose software for a centralized web application focused on the company's internal processes.Among the main technologies used in this challenge, I would like to highlight JavaEE, CDI, JSF 2, Primefaces, git, linux, eclipse, wildfly, postgres, hibernate, windows, jpa, intellij, among others.- I created a service to enable the generation of dashboards to support business decision support. By creating a scheduling service, I created a solution responsible for extracting management data from Microsoft's Sharepoint platform to insert it into a data lake. This solution ensured the possibility of retrieving updated information about the goals and results that employees were delivering to the company, supporting corporate strategic management and the rational management of people and resources. This solution was developed using Pentaho, Curl and Microsoft environments.

- I built some features in the backend context of a large banking application in one of the largest banks in Brazil. The application performs the task of integrating iOS and Android mobile clients with high-platform programs. Among the main features built, important transactions stand out, such as transfers between accounts, bank balances and maintenance of customer data. The client application of this backend solution is among the 10 most used banking applications in Brazil.The solution was written on the Spring stack and interacts with service buses, push notifications, among others.- I built a web image editor. This project allowed a large volume of images to be scanned, edited and stored in a database. This system allowed a significant reduction in the time spent searching for images, since before they were stored in physical files in large warehouses. The impact of this application along with the work process was so important that it generated savings of thousands of reais in warehouse rent and in paying employees involved in all logistics.The main application was built in Spring MVC and the image editor was written using Action Script and Adobe Flash.

- I created a feature to extract data from real estate sales websites. This project resulted in the possibility of storing information maintained on several websites in a single database, so that the system user can now make just one query in the centralized database instead of searching for information spread across several websites. This project saved the real estate consultant a lot of time and improved their productivity, resulting in greater profitability. The technologies used were Java, Hibernate and Spring on the backend, while the frontend was written in ReactJS and Bootstrap.
