Providing quotations to Sales Directors in France, Italy, Poland, Brazil and in the United States;Development of a tarification tool for Brazilian production;Creation of an additional tool to support the Sales and Project Management Teams assisting with a more visual conception of products.

Responsible for managing maintenance contracts, generating billing, supporting the Sales Team as well as Project Managers, Service Delivery Managers, Delivery Project Managers, Client Managers, add; adding and removing machines from support, preparing proposals and working on the prices negotiation for quotes and contracts. Also responsible for the analysis and resolution of disputes opened by our Accounts Receivable department, and for supporting requests coming from sales or the client themselves.Experience in the Agile methodology, as well as in Growth Mindset and Design Thinking practices.

Responsible for organizing and monitoring classes in different modalities of the course: Private, regular and intensive groups; Also working on the management of 17 teachers back then and setting up meetings to make sure the whole crew was aligned in the method and also to give them a chance to discuss some concerns openly and possible improvements.

Supporting customers (internal and externally) in Canada and in the USA.Acting on the sales support end and responsible for the orders analysis, communication with the manufacturing team for supply management, contracts analysis, order placement (MSC - Sales Center / SAP), invoice creation (SAP), shipments tracking, claims management from customers that need replacements or returns, backlog management, credit line management (eCredit / Cortera / SAP), pulling and working on control reports (SAP / Hyperion / Brio), presentations and presenting of contact meetings with the team's results as well as for process enhancements, creating and updating customer master records, reporting metrics to senior managers, among other simple tasks.Responsible for a program of interaction with all departments, aiming a better understanding of the company as one and furthermore working for continuous improvements.
