CurrentLed the Integrated Management System project, developing procedures for managing internal processes and subcontractors in marine fuel commercialization (import, storage and distribution), certified in 2023 on ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015 and 45001:2018.Coordinated the terminal Security Risk Assessment followed by the preparation of Port Facility Security Plan and its implementation, to attend ISPS Code requirements, obtaining the Statement of Compliance in 2023.Coordinate regulatory processes to comply with operational requirements from Environmental Agency, Navy, Fire Department, Mayor, ANTAQ, Brazilian Petroleum Agency (ANP) and labour.Participated as the responsible person for all HSSE aspects of the terminal construction phase in 2015/2016, with over 300 employees on site performing a range of simultaneous operations, including heavy lifts, diving, hot work, work at heights, electrical and others associated with construction.Responsible for the design, implementation, communication and coordination of all environmental, health, safety and security (ISPS) programs for the Organisation. Develop and provide technical and administrative directions on all HSSE decisions, which bear critical importance to overall objectives, operations, and sustainability.Implement the policies, processes and systems through training for the organization. Report and evaluate risks and events within the HSSE area.Liaise with governmental authorities for required operational HSSE licenses and develop, implement and manage agreed license conditions, including environmental compliance programs related to for example air quality, solid waste, and wastewater and oil spill prevention.Act as incident commander, responsible for all aspects of a HSSE emergency response, designing programs to ensure proper emergency management through the keys steps: prevention, preparedness, response, recovery and mitigation.
