And developed some skills like: Deep knowledge on digital marketing specialized on inbound. Had to learn how to be an effective sales man, the ability to manage money, the ability to connect with people and some others skills linked to my responsibilities. Cultura Bike is now an famous brand in Brazil, but still have a lot to grown. Fortunately I have a great business partner and we are working for make Cultura Bike one of the most recognized bicycles brands in Brazil.

Coodernador De MarketingViper Bike E Moto Jan 2011 - Dec 2014Viper is a cycling and motorbike after market part industry, well known all over brazil for its low price point and well accepted items. I am really grateful for this company. It was my first real job and I've learned a lot. I could literally participate at all departments, since production line to top and below administration. I had the opportunity to learn with real professionals and participate at every growth stage of the company. They gave me the opportunity to develop an entire new marketing department where I could apply my knowledge. At this new department we developed two new importing lines. I first joined with an marketing agency and we went to Interbike Fair at Las Vegas, where we did all the research of brands and the mainly trends of the market. After a few months I went to China bicycle fair and developed the suppliers of this two new lines. And for a young employee, at the time I was 21 years old, it was an amazing experience. I visited many factories, had responsibility on negotiation and others required processes for imports. And the third step of this project was related to advertising, sales force training and some others aspects related to marketing. The agency we hired was an important asset for this project, they did a really great job.
