Hello, my name is Thiago Kleber and I am a dedicated professional in the area of ​​technical support and systems development. I have currently been working as a Full Support Attendant at Conecta since July 2022. My responsibilities include level 3 customer service, user support, network-focused solutions and implementations, as well as SLA monitoring and control during the early morning shift. I have extensive knowledge in the configuration and infrastructure of business equipment such as MikroTik, Cisco, Huawei and Juniper, as well as organizational and communication skills.Before joining Conecta, I worked at AMG Brasil as a Development Intern, from December 2021 to July 2022, where I led support and applications focused on ERP Protheus, developed scripts, applied correction patches and handled corporate databases. Previously, I was an Infrastructure Intern from August 2021 to December 2021, being responsible for maintaining the company's infrastructure and equipment, maintaining the business environment in the cloud and developing reports.I am currently studying Systems Analysis and Development at Universidade Cruzeiro do Sul, with completion scheduled for 2025. I have technical training in Administrative Assistant at Senac Minas. My skills include networking, Python and C programming, SQL databases, Microsoft Office, infrastructure and report development.
