In my role at We The Creative, I focused on delivering branding solutions, visual concepts, illustrations, UI designs, and designs for advertising campaigns, annual reports, and storyboards.

I'm the Founder and currently Partner of Kiwi Studio. With a team distributed between Brazil and United States, my main responsibility is to set the creative direction and vision for projects, provide guidance, support, and mentorship to designers, allocate resources, set project timelines, and ensure that the team is working efficiently and effectively.

Kiwi Studio was founded as a space for creation and innovation. Our projects are developed through experimentation with various visual techniques. Drawing upon our repertoire of projects, we employ a range of creative tools for both digital and analogue projects, using manual techniques such as woodcuts, collage and watercolor, acrylic and pastel painting.Since the company was founded, in addition to design deliverables, I was also responsible for overall business management, with relevant accomplishments: - Researched and implemented Google Drive and Toggl Track/Plan in 2015, enabling teams to work remotely while sharing files and managing projects- Financial management by identifying cost-saving measures (eg.: saved 30% of a budget for a project by reducing 4-color print to 2 colors)- Executed marketing and creative strategy to acquire new customers trough online advertising channels increasing number of clients on 40% YoY average- Client management relationship to understand their needs, present design concepts, and address feedback to ensure their satisfaction and maintaining long-term relationships (13 years providing services to SESC, a non-profit Brazilian private institution that makes available Education, Health, Culture and Recreational programs across the country)

Supporting Design and Marketing teams to develop visual identity, brand guides and illustrations for their Real Estate developments through different techniques and styles.

- Developed overall layout and production design for ads, brochures, magazines, and product design- Collaborated with copywriters to transform statistical data into visual aids, diagrams, and infographics to make complex ideas more accessible

- Created and developed online/offline advertising campaigns to promote learning and development programs offered by the company- Coordinated website maintenance, printed advertising production, textbooks, banners and company's internal communication

- Created interface designs, UI and UX strategies;- Developed websites, software and digital advertising interfaces;- Worked with Front End development (ASP, HTML, CSS, Java Script, Action Script).
