About Thiago Mancilha Guimarães
Working as a consultant, I’ve always been passionate by the challenges and dynamics of the job. As part of this experience, I’ve been travelling to many countries, transiting through different business and companies, and knowing great people, helping me to expand my knowledge and experience.In the beginning of my career I had the opportunity to understand mining business in companies like Vale and Modular Mining, interacting with professionals that had great technical knowledge and different visions, being Americans, Canadians, Indians or Brazilians. At that time, I had contact with telemetry tools to remotely monitor mining equipment parameters, improving maintenance performanceI’m currently working at Protiviti as Intelligent Automation Leader in Brazil. We seek to understand what solutions can be better applied to our clients to automate their business improving performance and reducing their risks.We work with three main technology pillars: BPM, RPA and IoT, having partnership with market leaders for those solutions.
