The research consist in investigate the consequences of private equity funds on corporate control and ownership structure of brazilian's companies listed in BM&FBovespa. A second aim is demonstrate that brazilian legal system works close to private equity market fostering its development. Analyzing 114 IPO from 2004 to 2009 in Brazilian Stock Market, BM&FBovespa, the research discovers that companies backed by Private Equity Funds are more dispersed in the market, and also have less concentration of voting rights. Those results demonstrate that Private Equity Investments promote a real impact on corporate governance structures of brazilian's companies.

Management of SIFE Program in Brazil, mentoring universitary teams to create and develop business projects to support small businesses and enterpreneurs from São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Paraná, Ceará e Piauí. The projects were focused in market economics, financial literacy, entrepreneurship, business ethics and environment. SIFE is an international non-profit organization that works with leaders in business and higher education to mobilize university students to make a difference in their communities while developing the skills to become socially responsible business leaders. Participating students form teams on their university campuses and apply business concepts to develop outreach projects that improve the quality of life and standard of living for people in need.

The VCD Association is an Institution organized by the business community from Bussolengo City, Italy. It aims is to invest in potential businesses opportunities in Brazil, specially in Piauí, as well as, to invest in social works from VCD Foundation. The mission, as consultant, was to find and present business opportunities for the Association and manage the resources during the period of investments. The major investments were in real estate and turism sector.

VCD Foundation is an institution which supports needed children, youngs, adults and high-age individuals with education, healthy and food assistance in Teresina City. As director, the mission was to raise and manage funds for the sustainability of 15 education centers, medical services, 1 center for handicap children and teens, and food assistance for more than 300 families. One important issue learned was: education is the key and a big opportunity for social change.
