Propmap is a platform with a suite of tools to help companies manage their workforce on the field. Our cloud software and mobile app has an industry leading workflow system that allows work on site to be done faster and better.In 2018, I co-founded the company, designing, validating and developing the product ourselves at early stages, later managing a team of software developers, project manager and customer support. Currently, my responsibilities include:• Manage the product lifecycle from concept, user validation, launch, and revisions.• User research, defined priorities based on ROI and customer value, and managed MVPs and UX design.• Oversee the team of developers and collaborate with the business development team to improve customer satisfaction.• Successfully raised investment through fundraising efforts.Achievements• Completed new mobile app design and development within six months and under £100k, releasing on Android and iOS.• Enhanced project process by introducing a dedicated UX developer, resulting in a pixel-perfect release.• Improved customer satisfaction and revenue by identifying key features through data analysis.

Bildify is an 'information-powered' construction service which transforms the approach to successful project delivery. Using the very latest scanning techniques, parametric modelling, building information modelling (BIM) and information visualisation, Bildify works with investors and developers to realise major construction efficiencies. The role of Head of Academy is responsible for translating the "Bildify way" into a comprehensive material to be used on an MBA course. I also contrubuted on developing strategies to extract, wrangle and visualise Building Information Data for better property lifecycle management. Assisted designing business analytics dashboards for building data and designed and developed pitch presentations for prospected investors and clients, with successful outcomes.
